Cantaloupe with Honey and Lime

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 medium cantaloupe, halved, seeded, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes


Prep: 10 Minutes

Whisk together lime juice, honey and mint in a large bowl. Add cantaloupe and toss to coat. Chill for up to 3 hours before serving.
