Give butter a Cajun flavor twist with this spice up recipe.
Makes 8 servings
Melt 6 tablespoons butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and Cajun seasoning; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat; add 2 tablespoons butter. Transfer mixture to a mini food processor, and process until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. (Sprinkle corn with cilantro leaves before serving.)
