Buttermilk Whipped Cream

Freeze the bowl and beaters, and use cream and buttermilk right out of the fridge for perfect results.


Makes 3 cups

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons sugar


Prep: 5 Minutes

Beat first 2 ingredients at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 hours.
