2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon whipping cream
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine butter and sugar, beating well with electric mixer. Dissolve coffee powder in whipping cream, stirring well. Add to creamed mixture, beating until smooth enough to spread. Add vanilla, and beat well.
