2 pounds ground top sirloin steak
1/2 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
2 tablespoons red wine
2 teaspoons chopped thyme
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 10 Minutes

1. Preheat grill to 400°F.

2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and make 1/2-inch thick patties.  

3. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your desire temperature.
