2 pounds ground top sirloin steak
1/2 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
2 tablespoons red wine
2 teaspoons chopped thyme
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
