2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons lower-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
Preheat oven to 450°. Combine canola oil and teriyaki sauce with halved Brussels sprouts on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp-tender and slightly charred on the edges; stir after 6 minutes of cooking.
