1 pound new potatoes, cleaned, boiled, and peeled
1 tablespoon molasses

Preparation

Heat bacon drippings in a heavy skillet over medium heat; add potatoes and cook, turning frequently, 10 minutes or until browned. Add molasses; stir to coat potatoes. Reduce heat; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
