Brown Sugar Tarts

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 unbaked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells
Whipped cream (optional)


Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in raisins, pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Spoon 2 tablespoons filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
