1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Add flour to pan drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, scraping sides of skillet with a wooden spoon to loosen browned crumbs. Gradually add water, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper.
