Broiled Tomatoes

2 large tomatoes
2 tablespoons reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette
2 teaspoons salt-free garlic and herb blend
2 tablespoons preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Cut each tomato into 4 slices; place tomato slices on a broiler pan. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt-free garlic and herb blend.

Combine cheese and breadcrumbs; sprinkle over tomato slices.

Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
