2 tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on each tomato half; top each with 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs. Coat breadcrumbs with cooking spray.

Place tomatoes on a rack in a broiler pan; broil 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
