Broiled Sirloin Steak

1 pound sirloin steak, 1/2-inch-thick
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Cut steak into 4 serving-size pieces; season with salt and pepper. Broil 4 inches from heating element 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

Combine butter and parsley; pour over hot steaks, and serve immediately.
