Broccoli With Almond-Bread Crumb Topping

6 cups chopped broccoli
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped almonds
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°.

Cook broccoli in boiling water 2 minutes, and drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Place broccoli in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

Combine breadcrumbs and remaining 6 ingredients; sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over broccoli. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
