2 seeded plum tomatoes
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
Finely chop broccoli and 2 seeded plum tomatoes. Stir in 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil and 1 tsp. chopped thyme. Spread on toasted baguette slices.
