Broccoli and Cheese Potatoes

2 baked potatoes
4 ounce Mexican-flavored cheese spread


Prepare two baked potatoes. Meanwhile, microwave broccoli in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 4 oz. Mexican-flavored cheese spread. Cover and microwave for 1 minute. Cut potatoes lengthwise and spoon half of broccoli mixture over each.
