Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed

Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add blueberries. Return to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Cool.
