Blue Cheese Spread

Blue cheese and cranberries make a sweet and tangy spread for celery sticks or apple and pear slices.
12 servings (serving size: about 1 1/2 tablespoons)

1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Cook: 5 Minutes

1. Place cream cheese in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add blue cheese and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Spoon into a serving dish.

2. Combine pecans and cranberries; sprinkle over cheese mixture. Cover and chill.
