4 ounces blue cheese
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Crisco® Light Olive Oil OR 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
Prep: 10 Minutes
1. CRUMBLE blue cheese in medium bowl. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Slowly add oil until smooth.
2. COVER and store in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
