Ingredients

1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash of red pepper
2 cups vegetable oil, divided
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Combine egg, salt, mustard, paprika, red pepper, and 1/2 cup oil in container of an electric blender; process at high speed until thickened. Slowly add 1/2 cup oil, blending well. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process until well blended. Slowly add remaining 1 cup oil, blending thoroughly.
