Black Olive Pesto

Stir Black Olive Pesto into pasta or serve as an appetizer with pita chips.

1 (6-oz.) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until a coarse paste forms, stopping to scrape down sides.
