Pan Grilled, Brussels Sprouts with Golden Raisins Recipe

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
1/2 cup golden raisins
4 ounces melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground


Prep: 8 Minutes
Cook: 10 Minutes

1.  Preheat grill to 400 °F.

2.  In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, Seasoned Vegetable Base, water, and black pepper.

3.  Add Brussels sprouts and raisins, and stir.

4.  Put mixture in an aluminum-grilling pan.

5. Place pan directly on grill, stirring occasionally to glaze the Brussels sprouts while cooking.

6.  Cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until fork-tender.
