Barbecued Beef Brisket

1 (4-pound) beef brisket, trimmed

Preparation

Place brisket on grill 8 inches from low coals. Cover grill, and cook 2 1/2 hours or until very tender, turning and basting with Barbecue Sauce every 20 minutes.

Transfer brisket to a warm platter; cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Serve with Barbecue Sauce.
