1/4 cup demerara sugar
7 1/2 ounces (15 tablespoons) crème de banana (banana liqueur)
5 ounces (10 tablespoons) dark rum
2 1/2 ounces (5 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
Garnish: banana chips

Total: 20 Minutes

1. Combine sugar and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Cool completely.

2. Combine sugar mixture, crème de banana, rum, and lime juice in a pitcher; stir to combine. Divide mixture among 4 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish, if desired.
