Keep a stash of frozen bananas--they're great in smoothies because they add flavor and body.
Makes 3 cups

1 large frozen banana, peeled and broken into pieces
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain yogurt or milk
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
Prep: 5 Minutes
Combine first 4 ingredients and wheat germ, if desired, in a blender; cover and blend on low until coarsely chopped. Blend on high until smooth.
