Balsamic Grilled Peaches

Pair grilled peaches with a balsamic glaze and blue cheese crumbles for a delicious summertime side dish that pairs well with pork.

2 large firm ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Cooking spray
3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, divided
4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. Prepare grill.

2. Place peaches, cut sides down, on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 3 minutes. Turn peaches; brush tops and sides with 2 tablespoons glaze. Grill 3 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; drizzle with 1 tablespoon glaze.
