Bacon-Horseradish-Turkey Sandwiches

1 tablespoon refrigerated horseradish
1/2 cup peach preserves
6 croissants, split
6 Havarti cheese slices
1 1/2 pounds sliced roasted turkey
6 bacon slices, cooked
2 cups loosely packed arugula
1/4 cup whole grain Dijon mustard

Stir horseradish into peach preserves. Layer 1 side of 6 croissant halves with cheese, turkey, pear preserves mixture, bacon, and arugula. Spread 1 side of remaining 6 bread slices with mustard, and place, mustard sides down, on arugula.
