Bacon-Fried Okra

2 tablespoons hot bacon drippings
Salt to taste

Finely chop okra. Sauté in hot bacon drippings in a medium skillet over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
