4 baby bok choy
2 teaspoons peeled, grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons chile oil
1 1/2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Cut 4 baby bok choy in half lengthwise. Steam 6 minutes. Toss with 2 teaspoons peeled, grated fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons chile oil, and 1 1/2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce.
