Bring 1 cup apple cider to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Boil, stirring occasionally, 12 to 14 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup. Meanwhile, microwave 3/4 cup apple jelly in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted. Whisk melted apple jelly and 1/8 tsp. apple pie spice into cider.
