Anna's Bread Machine Wheat-Free Spelt-Rye Bread

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (optional)
1-2 tablespoons Basil (optional)
1/2 cups Oat flour
1 1/2 cups Spelt Flour
2 cups Rye Flour
2 tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Salt


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 2 Hours, 50 Minutes

Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the order listed (liquids, seeds, flours, gluten, yeast, salt). If you don't have oat flour, it can be made by grinding or food processing rolled oats. Use your bread maker's shortest bread making setting and enjoy!
