Almond Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons diced green pepper
2 tablespoons diced, peeled cucumber
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly. Chill overnight. Drain well.
