A grilled sandwich recipe with roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese and dill pickle on a hoagie roll pressed together.
1. Stir together 1 tablespoon butter, mustard and mayonnaise; spread on the inside of the rolls.
2. Top mayonnaise mixture with cheese and add layers of pork, ham and pickles.
3. Melt remaining butter in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches, top with a second skillet to weigh down, and cook, flipping once, until cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 8 minutes. Serve with ALEXIA® SPICY SWEET POTATO FRIES.
