The Ultimate S'more
The ultimate in campground dining, made with homemade graham crackers and marshmallows.
Make the sandwiches when the ice cream is still soft, just after coming out of the ice-cream freezer. You can eat them right
after they're made, or wrap the sandwiches in plastic, freeze them, and enjoy them for an easy dessert or quick snack later.
In this takeoff on the campfire classic, graham crackers are replaced with buttery store-bought pound cake, sandwiched with
marshmallow fluff and peanut butter and served alongside a cup of warm melted chocolate for dipping.
At less than $1.50 per serving, this fast dessert tops homemade chocolate pudding with mini marshmallows and crumbled graham
crackers. Use commercial chocolate pudding cups for an instant, no-cook treat.
In this takeoff of the campfire classic, we replaced the customary graham crackers with sugar cookies. We slathered them with
chocolate-hazelnut spread, sprinkled them with dried apricots and hazelnuts, and, of course, sandwiched them with marshmallows.
