Quick and filling enchiladas received the highest marks from Christina. "These are delicious. I like everything about them--the peppers, the sauce, and the meat." Get creative and substitute lean ground beef, pulled pork, or black beans for the chicken.
This creamy one-dish meal cuts the prep time in half by using flour tortillas instead of homemade dumplings. The recipe received the highest marks from all three judges, with Trent commenting that "everything was cooked just right."

Pizza slathered with barbecue sauce was a pleasant surprise for Trent. "I'm not usually a big fan of barbecue, but this is my favorite!" he said. Christina agreed that she liked the barbecue's sauce, but prefers traditional tomato sauce. Feel free to use your child's favorite sauce when making this pizza.
