Yogurt-and-Spice Grilled Chicken Skewers

Combine yogurt with a spice blend of paprika, onion powder, chili powder and cayenne pepper to make a marinade for the chicken strips. Grill the chicken on skewers and serve with a dipping sauce of honey mustard and sour cream.
