Sizzlin' Hot Chicken Sandwiches

A hot open-faced sandwich is often called a "knife-and-fork sandwich." We call it dinner. This bistro-style recipe features on-hand ingredients such as jarred preserves, prechopped onion, bagged spinach, and rotisserie chicken. All you have to do is pile the ingredients on the bread, stick the sandwiches under the broiler, and dinner is served.
