See how to quickly remove the seeds from tomatoes before using them in recipes.

Video Transcript

1. To remove the seeds from a tomato, cut the tomato in half horizontally.

2. Cup the tomato half in the palm of your hand, cut side down. Gently squeeze out the seeds into a small bowl or onto a paper towel, and discard the seeds.  (show the small bowl)   You can also scrape the seeds out with your fingers or push them out with a spoon.
