How to Seed Cucumbers
If your recipe calls for the cucumbers to be seeded, here’s the easiest way to do it.

To seed a cucumber, cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, and scrape the seeds out with a spoon. Then slice or chop the cucumber according to what’s called for in your recipe.
