How to Make Buckeye Balls

Video Transcript
To make buckeye balls (which are chocolate-covered peanut butter candy balls) place peanut butter and softened butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until blended.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, and place on a baking sheet. Cover and chill 10 minutes or until firm.
Place chocolate morsels and shortening a 2-quart glass bowl and microwave at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring twice.
Use a wooden pick to dip each ball into the chocolate, coating three-fourths of each ball. Place the balls on wax paper. Carefully smooth the wooden pick holes. Let candies stand until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container or in the refrigerator.
