So, are you dying to know what the secret ingredient is? Ice cream. Yep, you heard right. Ice cream. Turns out your favorite summer dessert serves as the fat, sugar, and tenderizer in this super simple recipe. All you need is a pint of ice cream (use full-fat for best results) and 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour to make moist, sweet bread any time of day. MIND. BLOWN.

You don't even have to let the bread rise since you are using self-rising flour, so making your own Ice Cream Bread is as simple as combining the ingredients and baking for 40-45 minutes.
