If you're making your own version of ice coffee, one way to add a ton of coffee flavor is to use espresso ice cubes. Your iced coffee also won't get watery as it melts. Combine three cups of water and five teaspoons of instant espresso powder and pour the mixture into two ice cube trays. Once the ice cubes are frozen, you can pop them out of the trays and store them in zip-top plastic bags. Then you can open the freezer and grab some whenever you need them!
