Coconut Cream Pie will always remind me of my grandmother. I would ask her for the recipe, but it's one of those that isn't written down. She doesn't need a list of ingredients or directions, and she could probably make it with her eyes closed. She's had years of practice, and as much as I love baking, I'm not quite there yet. That's why I also love this Coconut Cream Pie recipe from Southern Living.
