Today, we really have something to taco ‘bout: Bánh Mì Street Tacos! These mouth-watering chicken tacos combine Vietnamese and Mexican cuisines to bring some serious flavor to the table. So, if you’re a fan of Vietnamese or Mexican food, these tacos were made just for you.

The taco fixings include chicken and a zesty, homemade slaw topped off with Sriracha mayonnaise and fresh cilantro. To prepare the slaw, combine the daikon radish, matchstick carrots, green onions, and English cucumber with a marinade of rice vinegar, sugar, garlic chili sauce, and fish sauce. Simply mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to make the Sriracha mayonnaise. Before cooking the chicken, allow it to marinate in a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic cloves, and minced ginger. Once the chicken is cooked, just assemble and enjoy!
