For seafood fans, I think we can all agree that tilapia is a great fish because of how extremely versatile it is. Because it's a white fish, it has a mild flavor that easily pairs with other flavors, such as sauces, veggies, or spices. In the case of today's recipe, paprika comes into play as the perfect accompaniment to the tilapia. Served with creamy parmesan polenta, this well rounded meal could easily become a weeknight favorite or even perfect for a special occasion.

If you're a fan of grilling fish, this recipe is a great opportunity for getting those coals started. However, you can also use a grill pan over the stove for an equally delicious result. However you decide to cook this dish, you really can't go wrong with such great seafood flavor in such a short amount of time.
