Seeding tomatoes can come in handy when making sauces. To remove the seeds, first cut tomatoes in half horizontally. Then cup one tomato half in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze out the seeds. You can also scoop out tomato seeds using your fingers or push them out with a spoon.
