How to Make Mummy Dogs

It's the day before Halloween, so I'm sure you've worked out all of your Halloween plans and festivities. I'm sure you're also preparing for tons of candy and hyper kids! So take some of the focus off the sugar, and enjoy a fun dinner with your family before all that trick-or-treating. These Mummy Dogs are the perfect things to get you into the Halloween spirit!

These Halloween-versions of hot dogs are really quite simple. All you need are some hot dogs and store-bought bread stick dough. Wrap each piece of dough around the hot dogs and place them on a baking sheet. If the dough doesn't seem to want to stick to the hot dog, just pin it in place with a toothpick. Bake for fifteen minutes, or until the bread dough is golden brown.

Because this is a Halloween meal, you must serve these dogs with some spooky spider web ketchup. Simply put ketchup in a bowl and draw a few circles, or a large spiral, with mustard. Use a toothpick to draw a line from the center of the bowl to the edge, and repeat three or four more times around the circle. And then you'll have the perfect dipping sauce for your fun and scary Halloween dinner.

These Mummy Dogs are so easy and quick, which makes them great to make with your kids and family! Watch the video for these fun and festive dogs to see just how easy they are to make.
