Next week marks the beginning of September (!) and it's catching us all a little off guard here at MyRecipes. We're busy planning for tailgating season and the holidays, while retail stores are already putting up their Halloween decorations. If you're mourning the end of summer, don't fret! Technically, the fall equinox isn't until September 23rd, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the last run of summer fruits and veggies at your local market. Juicy, sweet peaches are at their peak in July and August, so make the most of summer's peak produce while it lasts.

Easy Peach CobblerEasy Peach Cobbler from Southern Living is one of the most popular desserts on our site, and for good reason. It really is incredibly easy and insanely tasty (if you don't believe me, just read the 222 5-star reviews). It also makes 10 servings, so it's great for serving a crowd at late summer gatherings and potlucks. Check out our how-to video to see just how easily this stunning dessert comes together.

That's all there is to it! Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect ending to a summertime meal. Oh, peaches, how we wish we could enjoy you all year long...
