Can you whip coconut milk?

You can whip coconut milk, which is great news for paleo and dairy-free readers! Here’s how to do it: put a can of full fat coconut milk in the refrigerator and let it get nice and cold. When you open the can, they solid will have separated from the liquid. Scoop out the solids and whip them as you would cream—that’s all there is to it. It will taste just like coconut milk, but just as with cream, you can add sugar, vanilla or other flavoring agents.
