Can I use sugar instead of honey in a recipe?

 

Replace I cup of honey with 1 1/4 cups of sugar and 1/4 cup of liquid. The liquid can be water or a liquid that is in the recipe. The flavor and texture won't be quite the same, but that doesn't mean you won't like the result! To get the texture a little closer to the original recipe, use 1/2 cup of sugar with 3/4 cup corn syrup.
