Raspberries are fragile, and should be treated with care. They will only last a day or two in your refrigerator, so treasure your time with them!

Look for plump berries with a hazy, evenly colored glow. They should be dry and free of bruises and dents and, unlike strawberries, should not have the hull attached. (If they do, they were picked before they were ripe).

Rinse raspberries under gently misting cold water right before serving; pat dry.
